I highly recommend ****************************** superstar tech, ***********************! A water heater exploded at one of my *********************************** got someone there right away! I'm very impressed with ***********************...He called when he was on his way, at the property & again on the way home to review what he found. I felt confident immediately after talking to ******. He is not only highly skilled in restoration, but a man of integrity. We have been very pleased With Gateway Restoration. ********* and ***, were prompt and always on time. They were kind, considerate and explained all that they would be doing to fix our water leak. They put the fans in and had them going immediately. They checked back each day to make sure that the walls, carpet and tile were drying as they should. I would highly recommend Gateway. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful. When our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and destroyed our island, they took care of the demolition and drying of our kitchen quickly and professionally. They even managed to give us a semi-functional workspace with a sink. While it certainly isnt an ideal situation to be dealing with water damage, they really have made the process the best it could be. Im so glad this company was referred to me and I will definitely be referring them in the future.Gateway Restoration LLC

Gateway Restoration LLC is a great company to work with. One of our pipes in our kitchen burst. Gateway immediately went to work on our kitchen, found the problem, and made it so we could get it fixed. Those who worked on our house were ***, **, *******, and *****. They made sure our kitchen and the wood was completely dry, they didn't skip any corners, they were thorough, professional, respectful, and hard working.Gateway Restoration LLC

I would highly recommend Gateway. They are very professional and courteous. I was kept up to date on the process through phone calls, texts and emails. *** at Gateway was very professional and came to our aide within a day of contact. His crew Dom and ** were very considerate of our home, cleaned up and answered any questions or concerns we had.*** is very good at what he does and very helpful giving us guidance and answering questions.The invoice was very fair for the work they had to do.While I hope we never have to experience a calamity as this again, I will definitely recommend Gateway.
