    I had my roof replaced by this company and couldnt be happier. From start to finish, everyone involved in the process was professional, courteous, and polite. As major home repairs go, this one was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

    I had this company install a new roof in October of 2022. I had already filed a claim with my insurance company and received estimates. I went with National First Response based on the estimate and what needed to be done. My insurance agent met with the technician at the house and agreed to the repairs. The repairs were done very professionally and timely. The technician kept me advised every step of the way as to what was being done. The roof still looks great and feel they did an outstanding job. I did not feel in any way that their quote was out of line with the other companies,

    They are committing insurance fraud. They offered to inspect ******* for damage and provide an estimate for repairs. Then they resisted giving me a quote and told me I should file a claim with my insurance company because [they explained] they want to quote the repair for as high as possible to get as much money from the insurance company as they can, so they would need me to file the claim prior to them writing the estimate. Otherwise if I don't file a claim, they would give me a lower estimate for the same repair.
