    Superstition Plumbing is my Go To plumber and I recommend them to everyone. This is a family owned and operated business. My first encounter with Superstition was over four years ago on a hot water heater replacement and their bid was competitive as I did have other bids. They included at no extra cost an additional shut off valve at the top of the tank as there was only one (on the outflow side), Additionally they replaced the drain valve with a large brass lever, positive action drain valve, on this new hot water tank because thats what we do on replacement hot water heaters. I have yet to see any replacement hot water heaters with this type of valve. Finally they told me to reduce the check amount I was going to write by $200.00 because they originally added an extra man they thought would be needed for the job but his help was not required.Finally I always evaluate a vendor by the condition of their trucks / vans, Unlike a lot of contractor vehicles that have a random assortment of large plastic buckets filled with all kinds of parts, hoses, tools, clean out snakes, and other assorted junk, strewn about their vehicles, Superstition Vans are organized, neat, and outfitted with labeled multi drawer cabinets along the inside of the van which is generally neat and well organized.***************************** **************************************************************************

    Awesome company to work with. I was so pleased with their service and they were timely and professional. I absolutely would recommend and work with them again.

    ***** came out for a free estimate which ending up costing me $180. Said I needed to replace the hot water line and said it would cost $1800 and would ***********-7 hours to do. I scheduled the work to be done. ***** and ****** showed up (late) to do the work but said it was more complicated than ***** had said initially and they would have to reschedule and that the work would be around $5500. ****** said he would call me with the exact quote and plan when he got back to the office. He never called me back. After several days and calls to them, ***** finally sent me the new estimate which was now $8750 and would not include repairing the walls they needed to damage to do the work with no plan on when they could do it or how long it would take. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. I'm out $180 for the free quote and have had to go elsewhere to get service. I would give 0 stars

    Hello ********,Were sad to hear of this review as we pride ourself in our customer relations. But this post needs to be addressed as its full of inaccuracies. The customer was not charged for a free estimate. A leak location was performed and the cost is $180.00 and the customer agreed to the cost as they paid for it. Also, we have proof we were on time.Upon return the copper manifold was behind the back to back shower stall. We informed the customer of how to run the lines without removing the shower stall. The conversation in person with the customer was to replace the failing hot lines with a repipe of the hot lines. A rough verbal estimate of $5500.00 was given. The customer was informed that we would finalize cost after getting material cost.The customer then called and stated they wanted hot and cold lines replaced. A full repipe would change the cost from previous given verbal estimate. The $8750.00 cost was for a full repipe.Without context the customers bad review seems like a lack of communication. But we definitely communicated with the customer as in above description. The customer didnt call us after estimate was given and just left this review that is misleading and inaccurate.Were sorry to see this as we strive hard to have good relationships with our customers as shown in multiple good reviews. We hope they consider the truth of what happened and fix or remove this inaccurate telling of what occurred.
