****** has excellent customer service. He fixed some leaky outdoor faucets and installed a water softener at my house. The process overall was smooth, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

Honest, reliable, and quality work. They replaced my water heater a few years ago so it was a no-brainer who to call when I found a leak in the bathroom recently. I would definitely recommend E&J and Sons Plumbing.E&J and Sons Plumbing

Im a renter here in **** had a mysterious water leak somewhere in my kitchen ****** Brazil came out couldn't fix it ****** and sons Same story next was rainforest yep..couldn't fix it these people were starting to look at me like I was crazy when it happened once again the landlord called ************ they got the job done knowledgable friendly professional but most of all respectful they even cleaned and put all my stuff back thanks guysE&J and Sons Plumbing

Below are some of the reasons I will NEVER work with him.1. He is very busy, ALWAYS, especially after money is paid out. As if I do not have a full-time job but only to wait for him.2. He reversed the hot and cold lines of water while re-piping our home.3. He went with shoes on my carpet even when I told him not to. He said that the restoration company will clean the carpet for us, but insurance is not covering that room. Who will clean it now ?4. He opened the walls in 2 rooms to re-pipe but never closed them. He said insurance will pay for it, but they are not. Who is responsible for them now?5. We had to pay another 1000$ to get all the shark bites removed (which he installed) and a better and more reliable joint mechanism installed.6. He cut the back yard water connection during re-pipe (which goes from under the kitchen sink) but NEVER put it back. We had to pay someone to get it up and running.7. He denied me entry into my OWN house saying that I should trust him. But I should not have trusted him. I should have monitored his work closely.8. One should be humble and down to earth, especially, if they already have trouble in their life, but instead he was arrogant and angry almost always.9. If you are so busy, please tell your customers ahead of time before taking up their money instead of telling them after.10. He keeps saying that he is very cheap. However, we found a contractor who is cheaper and much much more HUMBLE with greater quality of work.11. I had paid him for some work which he could not do due to ongoing crisis in his life, which I totally understand. But he refunded MY money after an excruciating wait of more than 1.5 months.Review fromCecile L.
