      ****** was thorough but Bulwark was back ordered on granules. I was disappointed, but ****** said he would note this and maybe contact me if they came in.

      I have used Bulwark for years for multiple properties. I've always had a great experience with them. Today ***** came out and quickly and kindly addressed our needs. Prior to *****....**** and ******* did a great job as well. Every Service Technician has been super helpful and they've gotten the job done. Even the people who answer the phones are friendly which I greatly appreciate.

      Today our property was serviced by **************** ftom Bulwark. Could not have been more pleased with the process from stat to finish, beginning with the advance communication. Communication is a simple thing but not enough service providers use it. Customers like being kept in the loop. ****** was professional, courteous and thorough. An overall good experience.
