Bulwarks technician ***** ******** who services our property has been extremely meticulous at his craft. His attention to details is second to none and his willingness to go the extra mile is admirable and appreciated. But above all, he communicates the plan of action for our property, and attentively listens to the concerns of his clients, and executes the solution. Bulwark has been great since we switched to them a year ago! We have had zero pest issues inside our home and as soon as there has been any pests outside, Bulwark has taken care of immediately. I purchased my first home in October 2023. They kept calling me because a first service was included with the new home. I accepted the service and stressed that I only want whats included and they said sure. When he arrived he wanted me to sign a 1yr agreement. I said I just wanted the free service and he called his boss and I talked with her saying I wont sign and she assured me, after a lot of concern from me, that they just needed me to sign so they can complete whats included for free. Now today I received a text that collections is after me. What a nightmare.
