      Hired them to get rid of my roof rats. After signing up in a contract I find out they dont go on your roof to see how roof rats are getting in. They say they handle roof rats but dont go on roof to see how they get in or how they get on your roof. They are called roof rats. Go figure. After a year of paying them I still had roof rats. Come to find out roof rat elimination 101 is to first put steel mess over the vent pipes for your plumbing vents and dryer vents. They did not do this because they dont go on roofs to illuminate roof rats. The basics roof rat illumination 101 was not done or recommended. They should have at least told me to get this done. I did finally cover my roof vents and never had another problem. Thanks for that free advice from another pest company. Thank for throwing my money in the campfire. I get it you want to set it and forget It with a couple of rat traps that did not work. What a head scratcher here. Amateurs here. Acct number ****** if you want to make this right.

      We have been Bulwark customers for 20+ years. Our previous tech recently moved away. We met our new tech, Petros, when he came to service our property. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very thorough with the treatment including the bait boxes and mosquito traps. We know we are in good hands going forward.

      ***** as usual is friendly and thorough. He always shows up promptly and does a great job.I was experiencing ********* be issue so he explained where they hide out provided bee traps and even explained to my neighbors why their (wooden) house was a target. He explained it all very well to both of us.

      *** from Bulwark Pest Exterminating was awesome! He first came by a month ago to tell us about their services, and when we said we were busy, he was super respectful and came back later like we asked. He did a free first spray, which was a nice surprise, and gave us a great deal for future treatments. He was professional but also really friendly, explained everything well, and was great with our pets. Highly recommend him if youre looking for a reliable and personable exterminator!
