  Excellent service. The office had to change their schedule 4 times due to U-Hauls constant lack of schedule commitment. ****** in the office was patient and caring, having to move things around in her schedule to accommodate my move. Three men arrived on time, grabbed their gear and in an hour and a half my U-boxes were safely unloaded and placed in my apartment. They even put my kitchen table together. Thank you ******************** and ****.

  I needed to move 1 family heirloom & felt from prior experience I would call this company.I was greeted nicely by the office lady. She was, what I thought at the time, super confident the company could assist w/special items. I explained what this item was, &what needed to be done. I explained I had special requests w/this item, the office confidently agreed the job was not a big task. Special request item: antique Grandfather clock. 6ft tall, wooden clock, handmade in a foreign country. Office explained how well they could take care of it. I informed her, it will require bubble wrap,moving,blankets, boxes/tape/plastic wrap. This clock was located at my grandfathers house (there was a Grandmother clock that was packed up by the owners moving company.) It was so well wrapped secured I used it as an example for the men to refer how to properly secure the Clock. The men showed up with plastic wrap/moving blankets.They informed me the office didnt put ANY special instructions down, they were just given the call. Home owner had spare boxes i used I cut them up to fit front piece of glass I held the cardboard up, the men wrapped it. I continued to put cardboard around the edges& the men continued to wrap w/plastic, we worked together. Men said the office hardly ever communicates a request, they often times have the customer upset with them. Was not informed of ****** traveling fee.I paid my balance, men said the office leaves out details to gain business, leaving the customer no choice but to pay. I walked the team through every step.They had someone deliver bubble wrap. I was told I'm not the only customer they go through this w/. For ******** had to do half of the work, hold their hand & tell them what to do. For a 12 minute drive? My family was there to see this, they were all scrambling to help find supplies in the house. I was so ashamed of how the service went, seeing that they were in tears over this family heirloom as the team worked through this & drove away.
