They get ZERO STARS!!!!! - they dug up the swimming pool in the middle of summer- it still is in ruins today !!! - they took away the large dumpsters for bulk garbage and now expect us all to use the little canisters instead and pay more for less!!! now we have c*** accumulating in our yards that are supposed to be clean and neat - the prices of all the utilities have been figured incorrectly and are NEVER CONSISTENT- this park has been in operation for more than 8 years- they say we are hooked up to city water - hard to believe when the smell of raw sewage is in in the air- a lot of tenants here have been overcharged for their utilities throughout the 50+ years here now and something needs to be done - the manager is not customer friendly - does not care or give a hoot about the tenants - they are charging the tenants here prices that you see at RESORT PARKS - and thats highway robbery- plus when you have a valid gripe regarding your billing - you can call leave messages and never get a reply back- and there is no current operating permit on display for the park- the ones on display are expired and or the name issued on them are persons who no longer are affiliated with the park - the new owners dont live onsite - and they have been running the park for over 6 months - the numbers for help and questions are not valid - there are many tenants here that dont care to deal with **************** - his actions and lack of consistency have caused a loss of trust and faith and many worry that they will be evicted for reasons that would be avoided if the proper resources were implemented so they could comply with whats expected here- Its sad to see the fallout all due to GREED FROM CORPORATE OWNERSHIP - good bye to the mom and pop down home family atmosphere this place once had - it makes me sick !!

This whole park has a bad vibe to it. The managers as well as the older tenants are nasty people. Roads are bad plumbing is bad drains slow and no water pressure. No pool gyms old and outdated. They brought in some overpriced boxes that vagrants have been living in. Garbage in the streets not in the lots that people live it the vacant ones the managers don't take care of they threaten the tenants if they don't pick theirs **** Water shut off randomly with no warning. And with all this they keep raising the rent. It started at 450 a month now it's almost 800. Not a good place. The new guy in the office is creepy in his six person golf art creeps in people's lawns
