    On the morning of 2/27/2024, the 911 HEATING, ********************************************** company sent a plumber to our property to repair the water leak. Water leaking from the bathroom ran into the adjacent closet. The plumber charged us $289, and we paid the company with a credit card. The next day, the people at the property complained that the problem still existed after they took a shower . We asked the plumber to come back again on 3/4/2024. The repairman cut open the closet wall to find the exact location of the leak and fixed the original leakage problem. However, the repairman did not return to treat the mold and patch the wall. On 3/15/2024, 11 days later, the company issued us an invoice of $412 for the work performed on 3/4/204. Since the original leak was not fixed the first time and the mold and cutting of the wall were not repaired during the task of 3/4/2024, I had to hire someone else to finish the mess later. For the above reasons, we have decided not to pay the new invoice of $412 and file this complaint about the companys unprofessional conduct.

    I use these guys for anything related to my AC/Heat Pump or plumbing and they have aways come though big time. Honest, dependable, good value. ****** came yesterday to check out out two AC units and gave us a passing grade (whew). He was great; explained things, very thorough and nice guy. I'd recommend this outfit highly. And ******** who somehow coordinates all the activity is such a sweetheart. ***** too was excellent with our Soft water replacement.
