    ****** **** and CAE Oxford Aviation Academy have overcharged me and falsified contracts. I have numerous documents, emails and text messages to back up every claim. She is billing me $5150 for ATP/CTP and in my contract it is already paid for. ****** stated in a meeting that a 25% charge listed for "course fees" is documented in a student catalog (a document issued that explains charges, rules, etc...) and sent me a copy of it via email. She sent me version v.01232024 (revised Jan 23, 2024). I possess a copy of the original Student Catalog, version number v.03302022, or Mar 30, 2022 In this catalog it DOES NOT specify any kind of a percentage for a course fee or a course fee price whatsoever. The Student Catalog was changed to reflect this charge. It was done so 4 days after I was no longer a part of the school. The document itself states you have to give a 30 day advanced notice of changes and that did not happen. Those changes would not take effect until the first day of the next quarter (April 1st), and I am supposed to have signed to acknowledge the changes. I have not signed anything not did she inform me of the changes. $14,992.54 is a undocumented charge she is trying to justify and she broke her own contract rewriting it and passing it on as if it was there before. I have been trying to get my initial refund since I left the school in January and she had still not refunded me. She currently owes me $19,439.80 and she is falsely charging me an additional $20,160.54 at minimum which I am sure will not be included. I am seeking for those funds to be issued back to me as well. She claims that the refund has been submitted and it would be sent to the lender within 8 weeks, yet its been well over 8 weeks and I contacted the lender and they told me they have received nothing from ***. The *** says refunds are to be issued within 90 days. The student catalog says refunds are to be issued within 30 days, and both have been ignored
