    This company used unskilled craftsman that do not know how to execute reconstruction. They are messy, rarely supervised, take an extremely long time to complete (two months for two rooms, a bathroom, and a hallway). They had to redo areas of our home do to the poor quality of their work wasting materials and time. They used the wrong paint, got glue all over, damaged our furniture (although they fixed it), got paint on our couch, did not cover the furniture or area creating more mess. The project manager we had was rude, argumentative and defensive even though they messed up, complained constantly of his other jobs to us, and had poor customer service. They take a very long time to process their job, get materials and even longer to actually do the work. Do not use Servpro for any reason.
