    We had a small flooding in our basement. For the last 2 years we have relied on them. They did great service before. It was until we came across the restoration team they had hire to do the mitigation and repairs.The mitigation was a nice group of guys but when they gave a a date and time for the equipment to be removed. The time kept changing this equipment kept my family up day and night for almost a week. My 2 year and wife suffered the most. Than the than the repair team came soon after and they were disrespectful they couldn't speak any English they didn't have anyone I could talk to. I had a camera downstairs that I wanted pulled in for my daughters safety. They kept disconnecting it. I tried asking them not to but they didn't understand. Second even was when they came early than I expected woke my wife and daughter up. Than about 3 hours into their work they left for almost 2 hours. After in which when they came back. They didn't knock or anything the bragged right into the house scaring my wife. They didn't apologize at all. When the carpet guy came, I explicitly asked for someone to come and insist with my large Fish tank cause.I knew as heavy as it was could cause a wrinkle in the carpet when moved. On time, restoration said they will send somebody they did, but only to move it once. And when the carpet guy came and begin laying the carpet, when the tank had to be moved right, where I knew it was sitting left a wrinkle. I tried to get on time restoration to come out and fix it before I finished paying the final amount of *******. This went on for almost a year. They chose not to send anybody out even though i've called multiple occasions. Trying to get someone to come out and fix the carpet they have not finished. It wasn't the last straw for them as they put a lien on my house for the amount that I chose not to pay because the job they're not complete. I hope this review is looked at and repercussion is placed upon a company that chooses not to care.
