    Just to let others know, ****, with Accent Screens was wonderful when signing me up for my screens and did a good job with the installation. However, a few months down the road I had an issue with the screen that needed repair. It took him two weeks to respond to my request of which he said it can be repaired but he would have to take that section of the screen into the shop to repair it and that he would come back to take care of it. Two weeks later I reached out to him to get a time frame of when he would come back and now it's been three weeks since and he has totally ignored me. Needless to say he is not going to make good on this repair....I'm guessing he has treated others the same way. I've done what I can to repair it but it's not professional. So my advice is don't trust him to do a job for you. His work ethics and loyalty to his clients are not there. It's terrible that anyone in business would treat customers this way. Frankly, I believe in Karma!
