    The quality of the work performed on my cool deck is pathetic. The condition of my cool deck is worse than before the work was started. Cracks over 6 feet long with numerous areas buckling.Representative came out, took pictures and stated he would present to owner of company.Never heard back from anyone at the company. Called rep. to find out what they were going to do to correct problem, nothing. They dont stand behind the work or warranty, wish I never would have hired them. They were recommended by swimming pool service and repair. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend them for any cool deck repair work. If I could give them less than 1 star review I would.

    If I could give Imagine Architectural Concrete ten stars, I would! This company and the staff are by far THE VERY BEST group of people I have worked with in YEARS! I can't drive home enough how amazing **** is. He is punctual, honest, detail-oriented, and accommodating, and he explains things in detail so you understand what to expect. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the travertine and the amazing craftsmanship ****'s guys performed. Once Poolfix.com completes my pool, I'll post pictures! ****, thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you did for us. The many hours of conversations/texts, your upbeat attitude, and your genuine desire to make my project everything I dreamed of made working with your company a breeze. ******, thank you for the numerous emails back and forth and your punctual assistance to my needs.
