      I tried calling to communicate an issue I had with shipping of a recent order last month. I spoke with the shipping company at the time and addressed my complaints with them but to no avail.Spoke with Salesman *** and then ***** who said he was the *** I am actually shocked that the ** would be as rude and unprofessional as he was.The shipping company did not show up and I had to take a second day off from work to receive the shipment for my order. I wasn't expecting to be ridiculed by the ** because I was upset about the shipping company. I was expecting at least a coupon towards my next order or some kind of credit. Instead i was ridiculed and had to hang up because he was just so rude.Usually management knows how to make a customer happy even if the issue was not their fault, very disappointed in how the ** handled this situation. I had to hang up because of his childish behavior making fun of me on the phone. The shipping company didn't even have the decency to notify me that they would not be delivering because they put the item on a truck without a lift. So i had to take two days off from work with an all day window.** ***** could use some serious customer service training to work on his people skills!

      just a psc of @#$%%@& company, bumpers are a joke one little **** and bumper got bend like trash, call them oh yea one year of warranty (both this bumper 3 months ago) wait and wait for and answer call back, well you need to buy another bumper will give you 10% discount s*** will never buy not even air from you thieves

      This person crashed their vehicle and destroyed their truck, it is not the product that failed, the reason the bumper is damaged is because this person is unable to drive properly, if anyone should get a 1 star review it would be whoever gave this person a drivers license.
