    Upon a reference from a friend and neighbor on my street I contacted Pigeon Pro's. The first time here it seemed like they did what I thought they should do, but try to get them to come out AGAIN and complete the job as stated. I STILL have BIRD S*** all over my from entry way leading to the front door and I have made them aware of this 3 times. When I leave my home pigeons fly off my roof. They finally came out after I sent them pictures of more s*** in the same are, along with sparrows trying to nest above my patio doors. First they send the salesman who says ANYTHING you want to hear to sell his job and it is often things the inner office haven't heard of and WON'T do. Secondly, I don't think he knows his -- from his --.. He now tries to tell me it is roof run off, with bird s*** and sticks, OK? Then he says it is in the roof tiles- Get a contractor to fix the roof tiles.... 6 year old house without these issues before -OK? I show him the area at the back patio, he asks if I tried to get on a ladder and get the nest down, hello, what did I pay you for? I am 70 years old with ******************. Well, did you try to knock it down with a broom??? I get home from my shopping to get an invoice to for a trap on the roof for $350 (which was in the original contract) and for netting above my patio door. SO WHER IS THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY?? BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL. And if ***** comes to your house- throw him out!

    ************** hired Pigeon Pros to get rid of the pigeons on our roof. They installed netting and wiring to keep the pigeons from nesting under the solar panels and overhangs. They brike several tiles ** in my roof and yhey are now avoiding having to repair the damages... I paid them to trap and dispose of the pigeons because they just don't leave, never trapped any birds *** instead kept breaking tiles ** in my roof, They came to replaced a few but with the wrong tiles so now i have tiles that dont match, they refuse to come by to fix the problem, and the worst customer service and one one the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The owner is extremely unprofessional and how he runs his business, his own employees complain how shady this company is...
