    This company is acting on behalf of ****************. They started to work on my house regarding water flood. My insurance adjuster was very upset by the quality of the work done by Edge that he suggested I get another company. I did hire another and my insurance paid their costs. Nearly a year later I start getting emails demanding I pay Edge for their services. Edge did not do the work in my house yet they billed my insurance company who paid them for their allowance acceptable. Then I was sent demanding emails for the remaining balance. I have received different balances due on several emails sent from one Solution. I actually sent a personal payment to **** and never received any documentation that the payment was received. Now I am getting threatening emails demanding payment or my account will be turned over to collections. I have made several calls on different days and at different times of the day and all I get is a recording telling me no one is available to take my call. I am not sending payment to a company with different amounts due and not talking to a real person. I have not received one statement from Edge Restoration or One Solutions showing charges for services and payments made by my insurance company and me with the correct balance due.

    This is the billing partner of ******* Restoration, and have teamed up with them to submit fraudulent billing. I fired ******* after experiencing complete incompetence and harassment from their lead guy, followed by demeaning behavior from that same guy. After providing them a very detailed account of what happened, and highlighted the fraud in the bill they developed and submitted, they still arrogantly refused to even entertain the idea of appropriate reduction, and they let the time I allotted for them to do so expire. So I really don't own them anything. Nevertheless, they had their legal department send me a threatening letter trying to give ME a deadline, which is a moot point. I have filed a complaint with the ******* Attorney General, and recently added the aggressive collection attempts to it. While I have insurance that would likely pay the bill, I refuse to submit to them what is clear and unabashed fraud! Our premiums are high enough already without unethical scam artists bullying homeowners. Do not use this business or any business that uses them as their ******. You will definitely regret it in so many ways.

    One Claim Solution they are a 3rd party company working to try to get funds from insurance agencies. There are millions of people who have home insurance. The contractor has no idea what coverage you may or may not have. I have insurance I have a low deductible but I pay for that. Honestly people who complain against One Claim Solution they are in the middle. So if you don't have adequate insurance, you are going to pay. Don't shoot the messanger, what you don't know is they are on your side. They are a business. if you had an accident at your home and don't have coverage blaming a company who helped get your house cleaned up should be given a A+++

    All I can say is if you need water mitigation dont feel pressure to go with the home warranty **mpanys plumbers re**mmendation. Do your research first. Call your insurance **mpany. I felt pressured well because this stuff happens unexpectedly. You are stressed because water is all over. I allowed this ** to **me inside my home. The team they sent only spoke Spanish and has you sign his iPhone. Also making you believe they work with insurance for the repairs. The **mpany **uld not provided referrals and of **urse they had no website. I wanted to upgrade my floors from carpeting to tile. I knew I would pay the difference out of pocket. The ** never reached out to me. It now has been 3 months since the damage occurred. Now Im being told that I have to pay the my deductible so I reached out and spoke with ******. Let me just say how rude she was. I mean Im calling to figure out what is going on and she starts integrating me with questions. Just overall a really bad experience. Dont go this route! Call around for water mitigation most **mpanies do work 24 hours.

    This company saw an amount on the claim from insurance for asbestos and water mitigation , and without sending us an invoice claimed we owed them the total amount for both services . The amount for asbestos was for two other companies who did testing. We sent them copies of monies received and money paid out to third parties and still they insist we need to pay the total amount in the claim. ****** who hires this company gave us a contract to sign that said they would bill the insurance directly and we wouldn't have to deal with it. The insurance company has said One Claim needs to send them an invoice to see if an adjustment should be made but they are refusing to do so. They are insisting we are holding on to funds received even though we have no more money from the insurance. They are rude, they ignore what we are saying. The account managerTaylor just keeps insisting we are holding on to money like some sort of crooks. It is tiresome and unprofessional. Even when we told them we feel insulted there was no apology and no attempt to understand where there might be a problem. They just insist they are due money for something they refuse to send documentation for.

    ******* Restoration and company are terrible! The comments below are certainly reflective of the experience that I had with them. They need to be stopped!
