- In the event of a component failure, serviced by Ultimate Automotive Diagnostics, LLC, within the allotted warranty period, replacement of the component shall be completed at no charge to the customer for the component itself as long as the customer returns the vehicle with the component intact and still attached to the vehicle within the applicable warranty period provided at the initial time of service of the component.
The warranty period for vehicle components serviced by Ultimate Automotive Diagnostics, LLC. varies depending on several factors and are discussed with the consumer at the time of vehicle estimate. Variables may include one or more of the following:

Component Design/Quality
Component Origination/Quality
Component Manufacturers/Suppliers offered warranty period
In the unlikely event a replaced component repeatedly fail under warranty (2 or more times), thus being unable to provide satisfactory repair results to the customers concerning the initial complaint issue, Ultimate Automotive Diagnostics, LLC. will remove the component and install either the old component the vehicle arrived with before initial service/repair by Ultimate Automotive Diagnostics, LLC. or a component the vehicle owner provides at no labor cost to the customer, and a refund of the component cost will be provided. - Business Categories
