    The technician ***** was a little early and went right to work performing a routine maintenance checkup on our heating system. No issues were found. He spent about 30 minutes at our residence.

    After explaining to the technicians, the series of events that occurred, I disconnected the power, to the air conditioning. The senior technician explained the probability of problem. The two tech's were completed with the replacement and operational check list, in a matter of hours. They explained what was done and why. That made me feel, as though they were doing more, than just doing the work, they were completing the job that they saw, was completed.
