      WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! We invested $52,000 into having our back & side yards renovated, only to have nothing but heartache and a massive amount of money spent to hire other contractors to fix Precise Tree & Lawn Cares work. To start - our water feature / fountain was poorly constructed and leaks a massive amount of water, draining 5 inches over night. ***** installs a auto water filler as a way for water to continuously fill, not realizing the materials he uses to create the fountain feature, are porous & crack easily. There are massive gaping holes throughout, due to getting the job done as quickly (and not carefully) as possible. Next: Our ****************** system are a mess. The irrigation has ruptured & causing massive sink holes underground. Plastic, instead of weed barrier mesh is used for weed control, tightly around our trees, making it difficult to supply water to the trees & creating ************* underneath the plastic. The list goes on, but, long & ********************** has rudely disregarded ******* husband, ***** returned our calls or texts, and when asked to fix the issues we are encountering, he gets confrontational and blames us for not accepting his standards or if we question his techniques. His crew doesnt speak a word of English, which makes communication difficult when spotting something out of place. He is very quick & eager to move onto the next job, while promoting himself, rather than address issues for customers. My *********** are now $14K over budget in hiring other contractors to fix his work. ***** has caused emotional & mental hardship for us, and we have worked for nearly a decade to see our backyard dream, turn into a nightmare. I hope this review helps anyone who might be considering this company. Thank you.
