    WE LEASED A LONG TERM VACATION RENTAL FROM DESTINATION HAVASU FROM JANUARY 1 THRU MARCH 31 2024. UPON OUR ARRIVAL THE PROPERTY WAS FILTHY AND WE FORWARDED A LIST OF OVER A DOZEN ITEMS IN THE HOME THAT NEEDED FIXED OR REPLACED, AFTER TWO MONTHS IN THE PROPERTY NOT ONE OF OUR CONCERNS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED. WE HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS,PHONE CALLS,EMAIL AND VISITS TO THEIR OFFICE, ALWAYS WITH THE SAME ANSWER , WE WILL GET RIGHT ON IT. I HAVE READ REVIEWS ON YELP AND OTHER SITES WITH THE SAME EXPIERIENCES BY DIFFERENT RENTERS.
