    I took my 2014 Chevrolet 2500 (6.6 diesel) into Get It In Gear to check on a transmission leak. **** and *** diagnosed the problem as a coolant leak. 2 weeks later the truck was ready for pickup. I paid $4,000 cash and received a $58. I was told I would not get a receipt since it was a cash transaction. I felt this was very strange. Later I realized I needed a receipt for insurance purposes. Getting a receipt was difficult. I paid $58 and finally got a receipt.Upon reviewing the receipt a note was next to the rear main seal NO WARRANTY.I found a large oil spot in my garage.I sent **** 2 e-mails with photo of ********** response.I have since read other customers reviews and ******** screwed other people.I am going to have to pay someone else to fix what he has done.Very upsetting.

    I had some work done on my vehicle. When i picked it up i asked if they could get me the speedometer gear so i could get my speedometer working. The guy took down all my information and told me to come back later as the guy (****) was out of town and he was the person that could help me. When i came back and asked if they were able to figure it out. **** started arguing with one of the other employees. He obviously didnt have it figured out. He then turned his wraith on me. He was extremely rude and argumentative. I ended up in a screaming match with him as i left. I Would not advise anyone to use this shop.

    This company told me I'd better tread lightly because I reported being charged triple amount for a battery and service call. He said there's few here and they read all messages. So by telling the ****** I get threatened. It wasn't even his company I was talking about and service call was right here in town!
