The business states that the consumer has received bonus weeks or get-a-way weeks as part of their timeshare agreement, and would like to discuss an incentive to make money on the bonus weeks. During the pitch, the consumer is requested to pay to advertise their timeshare on Condosmart's website. Once the deal is finalized and payment is taken, consumers report that they no longer hear from Condosmart. When contact is finally made, a Condosmart representative informs the consumer that payment for their rented bonus weeks will be sent in the near future. The promised payments average approximately $5,000 to $10,000. After this information is provided, the promised check is not received and calls to the company are never returned or are delayed. BBB encourages consumers to exercise caution when responding to calls from this company.
