    Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Had used this company multiple times in the past with reasonable experience. Rent move however was horrible. Immediately upon arrival they were short with us, while trying to show what needed to be move and what did not. Text exchange with them during scheduling was very clear that is was a 5 bedroom home, rate for 6 hours was give, but clearly discussed that we would need more than 6 hours. Arrive at 8:10a and at 1pm, they stated that there 6 hours was up and we needed to decide what we really wanted move because they would not be moving anymore things. The movers yelled at the children playing numerous times, as well as yelled at all adults working to disperse the boxes to proper area. At one point one of the movers walked in to the home and scream whoever has the silver suv get out there and move it. They were overheard discussing wanting to get to another job, while having not finished the job they were on. The last load they dropped of ( not the last of the belongings) was literally laid in the drive way and left there. When it came time to pay for the job, the man taking care of the transaction, was aggressive and yelled when I asked for him to break down numbers for me. After the crew had left, it was noted that a backpack containing a laptop was not in the home, immediate message to the contact was made asking if a backpack containing had been left in the moving truck, the message left unanswered. The next morning a message was sent again asking if the backpack and laptop were left in the truck, currently 24 hours since and they still have not responded to messages.

    Ona, I would like to address each of these issues in this complaint, but first and foremost, I would like to address the fact that this review is simply false. Our company and our movers would never yell at any children on the job, so please do not claim this. Most of our staff are parents and understand patience needed with children. The text message exchange clearly stated our rates for the move as well as the estimated time to complete the job. Every job is charged on an hourly rate depending on how many movers arrive and since you have used us before, this is not an unknown occurrence. There were so many additional items and services that our company provided that was not mentioned in the text exchange which adds time and money to the final bill. As for stating that one of the movers screamed at someone to move the silver SUV, that is also false. It is a common request for vehicles that are in the way of our path to and from the truck/trailer to move and ensure it makes a smoother transition for your items. As for the last load being dropped off in the driveway, the movers had no choice but to place your belongings in the driveway as you had a construction company laying pavers down and we did not want to damage the pavers and/or your flooring in the new home. A family member of yours also saw this and told our crew it was fine to do so. Also, when it came time to take care of the bill, you stated you did not believe we had a 4 man crew there all day, and that is also simply false. After we completed the job, and received payment, we showed a family member an empty trailer so there is no possible way we have your laptop or backpack. Our staff stated last minute packing was completed into wardrobe boxes and that is possibly where the backpack and laptop may be. I hope this comment clearly explains our end of the situation.     To address your response. The crew was heard by 4 adults in the home, as well as the handyman yelling at both children and family members in the home. As for the *** that too was witness and heard by all aforementioned individuals, as well as landscaping crew and friends who had arrived to assist, all of which commented on the lack of professionalism. We never stated that we didnt believe a 4 man crew was present, we clarified that all were present from the beginning, in which received a snide and unprofessional response of did you see any cars following me? No? Then its clear all 4 guys were in the truck. At the time of the final drop off it was clear the crew had other priorities and it was not the move they were currently working. I had been told was their only move of the day. Due to the hours of poor interactions no one was comfortable to ask for things to be placed in any place other than immediately inside the home or outside. Further, if you and your crew were 100% sure that the laptop was not incidentally left in the trailer, a simple response to any of the 3 messages sent or 3 calls made would have been reasonable. Instead, nearly 1 month later, you chose to respond on a complaint , instead of simply responding to the multiple questions. The interactions with children, family and others were witnessed by multiple individuals, the landscaper and handyman were so disgusted by the interactions and behavior that they assisted with the moving of remaining items, that your crew refused to take, as another trip for a paid service. Due to the service received, the behavior exhibited and now a response claiming the complaints are false, I have ensured that those in my area looking for a moving company, are advised to avoid this company.
