    They told me 14,500$ for a 5 kw system. When the loan came in it was 31,000$ They blamed the finance co. The finance company said it was completely illegal what they did. Total s*** company filled with lie after lie. Beware beware

    Reading other reviews and I couldnt agree more! Undersold panels and riddled with lies and promises! Because of my income, I should have leased these panels but no mention of that from the company. It will take me 10 years + to get the federal tax credit, meanwhile my payments are $200 a month more because the loan didnt have the credit applied within the first 18 months. On social security, have no idea how to pay for this. They REFUSE to help in anyway. To make matters worse, having a hard time finding a lawyer because it is a contract though. ********************************************************************** your face. Anyone know an attorney that will take this case? ******* Attorney General is NO help, guess they are the messenger between Primitive Power and myself. Thanks Primitive Power for putting me in this financial disaster!

    I'm having a problem with contacting someone with the company. They called me everyday in the beginning. I'm paying triple since having this solar system. I'm paying them $158.00 a month and also paying *************** $118.08 I'm getting gripped off and No one seems to be getting back to me. I've been calling everyday fir the past three months. I NEED HELP! I want this off *******.

    Do not use this company run away. They will lie to you about everything. Cant get them on the phone they wont respond to emails or text, Ive been fighting with them since August on 22 they will steal from you and not think twice about it. If your doing solar do your homework do not use primitive power, Im really considering taking legal action against them

    **** was fabulous. We'd looked at 3 other companies and only he was able to determine the full capacity of our house position and available roof space for panels. Turns out our house is NOT well suited for solar under the current technology, and we should wait. We were floored. An honest salesman? In this day and age? The other three ********** painted such rosy pictures, making all these promises, but they had no magic solution that **** didn't calculate for us. **** knows the code and rules and technology, and told it as it is, he treated us as if it was his own home he was analyzing. Such a relief we didn't waste money. If we move or the technology improves, **** is our FIRST call.
