"I believe I was a victim of unscrupulous business practices i was lead to believe that I was getting a check from the company or some agency that would pay for the cost of the solar panels and that has not been the case I have been getting a bill of $300 plus monthly Plus the job has not been completed Both my apartments were suppose to be using the panels but only one is I was told that they have to do one apartment then tap the other one over after it passes the inspection Now Radiant Solar (Mosaic credit card company) is telling me that's not what I signed And they don't know anything about both apartments being connected Three people I know have solar and they are not getting any ridiculous bills All three are two family houses Of the three two get no bills from company only small *********** The third gets two bills combined under $100 The salesman told me that people get the check and sometimes buy cars with it This started in February 2023 and I didn't see any discount on my *********** until April 2024 Still waiting for them to complete work but they are saying it's completed"
