    ********* at CareWise was a wonderful source of info and was willing to work fast to get what we thought my elderly parents needed ASAP.She was kind, thoughtful and understanding but she was also all about the business at hand.Highest marks for being responsive and sympathetic to what we viewed as a crisis situation.Really the first and best resource for yourself or loved ones as you search for help with elder care.

    You are going through a lot of unnecessary work and stress if you dont reach out to CareWise when looking into any home health or assisted living needs for yourself or others. They accomplished more in a few hours on a Friday than I would have done in a month of Sundays. They are very professional and thorough and can navigate the gauntlet of options with ease. Do yourself a favor and contact them first!

    They completely changed my one star review to a five star review. Ignoring the reasons I gave for the review. Upset they changed my review to make it look like all their reviews are positive.

    We cannot say enough good about Care-Wise and the help they gave us when our brother went down and was taken into surgery. ********* pulled her car off to the side of the road to first calm me and start giving us help as to what could possibly be in our future. He is a Vietnam Veteran. We highly recommend this Company and their employees and say a huge THANK YOU.

    When the decision was made to place my mom in assisted living I panicked. I had no idea of how to start the process. Could mom afford it? ********* at CareWise was recommended to me by a case manager. I am so grateful to her and her team! CareWise gave me options in my moms price range, set up tours of the facilities I chose and had ******** (one of the team) met me at those facilities to assist in answering questions I had. ******** listened to my feed back about the tours and made a recommendation for a facility that I had not chosen based on my feedback. She called that facility immediately to schedule a tour that day and off we went. It was and is perfect! My mom is now a resident of Sky ***** and loves it! I highly recommend the CareWise team!! There was never any pressure placed on me by them. They answered every question with patience and great knowledge. The service was free to me. My mom would not be where she is now without ******** and CareWise. My family will be forever grateful to them.

    ************************* at Care Wise helped my ******** through a difficult time in life when we had absolutely no idea of what to do. My Mom had broken her ankle in 2 places and surgery was not an option for her. After 2 weeks in a skilled nursing facility she wasnt ready to come home even though the facility was discharging her, regardless of us having zero ideas of what or where to go next. That was when ****** entered the picture and changed our lives forever! He introduced himself to us at the facility and gave us hope and security. He walked us through the entire process, helping us figure out which option would be best for us, not only my Mom, but as a family unit too, then, he would send us options in our price range, arrange tours of assisted group homes, whatever I needed help with, ****** was there to help us. It has been 2 1/2 months since we signed our contract with an assisted group home and ****** still stays in contact with us to this day, making sure that everything is going okay for my Mom. I have a lot of respect for ************************* and Care Wise. We could not have made it without them. They are someone that you can trust too.

    CarWise was a wonderful blessing that helped us in our time of need to find a home for our mother. They answered all of our questions and set up all the appointments to tour the homes. I highly recommend this company I dont know what I would have done without them. They truly care about your loved ones and the family.

    I did not have a good expereince with CareWise. A different person contacted me each time via email, leaving me uncertain who was my point of contact. I wasn't given a lot of options to choose from. Ultimately I did my own research and picked my own place. I asked them to make the appointment because they promised help with the move. That help was to give me the name and number of a private mover who I paid for. A Place for Mom was more honest about what they provide and did a lot more work on my behalf.

While its disappointing that you are not satisfied with the service of CareWise, we appreciate this feedback as it allows us to look and see if you received the same service level as other CareWise clients and if there are areas where we can improve our process. You make a couple of points and I would like to address each one."A different person contacted me each time via email, leaving me uncertain who was my point of contact"I appreciate you pointing this out. CareWise started as a husband and wife, mom and pop agency and has since grown to over 12 people. We are proud of that achievement, but also the first to acknowledge that there have been some bumps along the way.One of the bumps weve experienced is streamlined communication and accountability when helping the client is a team effort, generally there are 4-5 CareWise employees working on each client placement. Each client has a singular point of contact by phone, our customer relationship manager. Each client has a community liaison who works closely with our medical referral partners, communicates with the clients care team and conducts in-person assessments when necessary. There is also the back office that is reaching out to care facilities, scheduling tours, assisting with benefits, etc.In your case, the system failed. The community liaison wanted to take a more personal approach, did not assign a customer relationship manager and took on that role themselves. Prior to the start of the new year, we corrected that issue and created a bright red line that this is to not happen and that all clients must be assigned a customer relationship manager.Additionally, in your case, I do see several notes in our system regarding communication difficulties. In particular, it seems our community liaison had difficulties reaching you and I see where they tasked other employees to assist in reaching you. This seems to explain the multiple points of contact and the confusion as to who your primary point of contact was. I apologize for this failure in communication. Prior to this complaint we made stressed that we would be enforcing our policy on customer communications for fear there would be an experience like this and it's unfortunate you had this experience."I wasn't given a lot of options to choose from. Ultimately I did my own research and picked my own place."CareWise is not a directory service like some other Agencies we do not simply send your information our to numerous care facilities and provide you with a call list. Each client report is curated from:Facilities with availability Facilities in the clients desired geographic area Facilities that can work with the client budget/payor source Facilities that can meet the clients care needs/wants This process was followed and the two options presented met all the required criteria. Most of the time, clients are presented with **** options. However, if there are complex physical or mental care needs many facilities will readily admit they cannot meet the care needs or price those care needs outside of the client budget. This was the case here.The facility you selected for your mother, and moved her into December 28th 2022, was presented to you by CareWise and the facility represented to us that they were not contacted by you or another agency prior to receiving the referral from CareWise. This may or may not be inaccurate information, but it is the information relayed to CareWise."I asked them to make the appointment because they promised help with the move. A Place for Mom was more honest about what they provide and did a lot more work on my behalf."Scope of services and comparison to APFM seem to be contorted together here, so Ill address both separately. If a CareWise employee represented that we are or offer a moving service, that would be incredibly deceptive and we would take immediate action to terminate that employee. On our website and all printed marketing materials moving services falls under ******************** Referrals. At no time has the company tried to represent our services as anything other than what they arewe assist clients referred to us by their medical providers in finding care. We narrow down options from the **** licensed facilities in AZ down to the 1 that is a best fit and provide a number of supportive services along the way to facilitate that goal.In providing you with contact information for a local mover, we operated at the level that we represent in regards to moving services. You mention you paid for the moving service, so I would presume you found the company referred to you to be satisfactory. If there was unintended confusion about our scope of services I apologize.In regards to the comparison with APFM being more honest and doing a lot more work on your behalf. I will say this, in 5 years, this is our only negative review after helping thousands of ******* residents find the care they need. A ****** search will yield a mountain of negative reviews of APFM specific to their honesty and level of service provided. In fact, we started this company with the explicit intent of being a vastly superior service to APFM, so this comment does sting.It is disheartening that you found working with CareWise to be a negative experience because our services are designed to make to support the family and/or representatives of our clients just as much as they are to find the best care options, but I do appreciate the feedback and will share this with our team with the hope that we can learn from the experience and provide an even better experience to CareWise clients going forward.I wish you and your family the best and if there is anymore feedback you'd like to provide or assistance we can provide, inside the scope of our services, please call me at ************

    I contacted one of the carewise representative and asked them to make an appointment at two places. One of them was where I ended up choosing. I made the appointment thru carewise only because I wanted the promised help with moving. Didn't get it! Missed appointment is a lie--I checked my email (spam/deleted/inbox) and never even got notified. Suggest you check the original email and not rely on a copy provided by the employee.

    My experience with CareWise was nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of working with ******, and she went above and beyond to consider all my requests when finding the perfect place for my dad. I live out of state and she made every effort to ensure I was informed about all our options. She even made special trips to the rehab facility so I could FaceTime my dad. It was a very personal experience and I felt they were truly looking out for our best interest. I would have been lost without ****** and CareWise.
