      OnQ did a good job with my rental property before I decided to put it on the market. As a home owner would recommend their eviction protection. ****** and ****** were quick to pick up the pieces and did a great job on followup.

      I have had an investment property with On Q for over two years and they have been very helpful in renting my properties, addressing the maintenance issues, as well as following through with move outs. My current property manager ******, has gone above and beyond with renting my current property. ****** renters can be hard to work with in this area, hiring OnQ has really helped in succeeding and making my investment work for me.

      I have worked with *************** and teams she has trained for over a decade near ************************* area and can guarantee you, she will be bringing professional real estate experience to you in ****** and the surrounding areas, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I have trusted hundreds of my investments with her and wouldn't have done it with anyone else.

      My lease was transferred from *************** to On Q Property management in ****** on 7/11/2022. During the lease there were no issues with them. However, once the 30 day notice was given it was very difficult to get in contact with them. Had to call multiple times just to request steps on how to turn in my keys and clicker. I also requested to be present in the move out but was never informed despite having in writing the desire to be present. It took several calls just to receive the itemized bill which when shown really made me feel frustrated as I followed the lease of keeping the premises clean, having move in videos that show all the things I was being charged for were there before I moved in as well as everything else shown in the inspection photos (which I do not get until 8/2/2023) and still being told the cleaning fee and paint touch of fee will not be waived. I do understand that it is the owner not the property management that is wanting to proceed with the charges but it still feels unfair to be charged for "damages" and cleaning fees for things that were there before I moved in that were addressed to them. I am still disputing these charges with them as of 8/3/2023 almost a month after my lease ended.

      I had an extremely positive experience working with On Q over the last 5 years. They have been thoughtful in their communication and, as a renter, I felt respected and heard. That's not always the case with property management companies. In our time with On Q, we had two different property managers and both of them were great. Renting can often be a headache, but this company made it simple and stress free. Thanks.

      We changed the air conditioning filters inside the home as the property owner or management didnt. The old filters were black. Im assuming no one has serviced the air conditioning in some time because less than two weeks after we moved in, it has stopped working during an excessive heat warning. After some back and forth, they eventually set up a service call that couldnt come out for more 4 days. Seeing as our thermostat is showing 100+ degrees inside our home, we called on Q as this wasnt good enough. They reached out to the homeowner who decided they would prefer to inquire about a warranty rather than expediting our safety and well being by calling a tech over immediately. Im completely appalled that this is our situation. We have two young children, one of which is an asthmatic 5 year old. Our choice is to wait it out in an unsafe house because no one collecting our money finds this important enough to find an expedited solution, or get a hotel for $100/night which leaves us settling for a sketchy hotel or going out-of-pocket to stay somewhere decent. How is this acceptable?? Were practically forced out of the house away from all of our property, and not even an adjustment to upcoming rent was mentioned.We decided to call hvac companies on our own just for the sake of collecting information, and numerous companies offered same day or next day service.To the homeowner making this decision and on Q not intervening; you wouldnt be okay waiting this long if it were your children in the house. Dont put off the repair because its an inconvenience to your wallet.The four of us are currently held ** in one small room relying on a portable air conditioner that we had to purchase due to the lack of resolve and cost us over $400. This room is hitting high temperatures but its livable compared to the rest of the house that makes us nauseous if we stay in the heat for more than a couple of minutes.

      Absolutely a scam. Mostly fake reviews on ******* They will steal your deposit, refuse to fix anything and lie to the owner about the condition of their homes. I lived with mold for over a year and have made SEVERAL complaints. Not one of them were fixed. I am waiting to see how much of my deposit they steal from me. Doubt i will get the full deposit back. They need to be shut down .

      I have tried working with you for a year to get the mold and leak fixed in my kitchen. I have also tried working to get ANYTHING repaired and was told that my requests "disappeared" or that the owner declined to fix anything. I spoke with the owner personally and this is not accurate. You told the owner it was a cosmetic issue, but the sink has a MAJOR leak creating mold. There is a long list of issues with the unit that you refused to fix. I do not accept this response as this is just a reply to save face here. This business should be shut down for your constant negligence that has affected the safety and well being of not only me but other tenants as well.

      I have used On Q for almost 2 years now. They provide a detailed analysis of your property through their portal. Any questions that I have had I have had them answered promptly through my individual property manager **** or anyone on his team assisting with that particular situation.**** reaches out before a potential problem occurs informing me on what may need to be done. He is always helpful and provides great customer service and I could never thank him enough. He is very resourceful and always eager to assist in any way that he can.
