  *************** and this company actually get it right, FINALLY. i almost gave up on paying money to another rental company with no results. ****** inspired me to give him a shot so i did and finally got results Thanks ONQ and thank you J your an amazing work!

  I have got to give ****** a huge shoutout. I had some issues that needed maintenance to come and fix and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything that was wrong was handled and all during the holidays. Thank you!

  Now that the holidays are calmed down I am able to write this review about my experience with OnQ Property Management. I needed help with my roof leaking over the holidays, ****** was the one I spoke to and she was awesome. She was very attentive and extremely helpful. Thank you again ****** for all your help!!

  My experience with OnQ was terrible. In my opinion they put an unqualified tenant in my home, who only paid 1/2 month's rent before defaulting. After requesting a copy of the application, there was only one hame on it, but four adults and six children were present when I walked through, with beds in every bedroom (4). I had to pay for the tenant to be evicted, at my expense of course. And then they were VERY slow to assess the damage and arrange for repairs. The cleanup and housecleaning service were delayed 5 days without my being notified. I'm done with this company.

  I could not be happier with my property manager. I have gotten both property's rented . *** had a great experience with ****** and have gotten honest answers to all my questions.

  This property management company is TERRIBLE and the WORSE company I have ever dealt with in Arizona!!! PLEASE stay far away!!! It really took me some time to gather my thoughts and write a honest and fair review. Staff and management are careless and the company is money hungry!!!! Starting with the leasing agent I worked with, *****************; he's rude and inpatient!!!! Seems to be bothered every time you have a question or concern. You're in the wrong field if helping others isn't your thing. Next would be property manager *****************************; he's a flat out liar and unprofessional. He makes ***** look very bad, and if I was you *********************, I would make him go through another training or fire him!!!! Move in day, which was on a Friday, the remainder of September rent, plus first month rent was due. I get the keys and head over to the home, starting with the broken kitchen window, which was promised to be fixed before move in was not fixed at all. The floors and walls were dirty. The kitchen cabinets, drawers, all had grease on it , bathroom sinks, showers were FILTHY and grime all over, items were left in cabinets and the garage. Shower curtain and pictures were still left hanging up and drapes in every room. So I reach out to ***** multiple times, before he finally given me a call. He stated, "the house was CLEANED and no other CLEANING would be done. After I sent him over ***** photos of the property not being up to par. I told ***** that I would like to move out the next day which was a Saturday. That Monday after being offered cleaners 3 days later and already living in the filth; I informed ********************* that the offer of cleaners and me staying is out the window and I moved out that Tuesday. The entire process was unprofessional. So now I'm forced to forfeit all the hard earned money I just given them THIS IS NOW A LEGAL MATTER that I'm pursing and also THE HOUSING AUTHORITY WILL BE INVOLVED AS WELL.

  *********************** is our property manager, she recently took over our property in ****** and closely worked with us for getting the tenant evicted and finding tenant. She did great job and supported ** throughout the process
