CancellationPolicy:  Grand Paws Pet Sitting & Home Care reserves the right to deny service or terminate service if jobdiffers from original consult or if job poses safety concerns, financialconcerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.  Refunds & Cancellations Vacation or Occasional pet sitting requests

0-48 Hours Paymentin full is charged (no refunds)
3-7 Days 20%of Service total is due (80% refund) – Pay Pal fees
8+ Days Nocharge for service, refund in full – Pay Pal fees when Pay Pal is used forpayment.

WEEKLY DOG WALKING CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE 48 HRS NOTICE BEFORE THE 1ST REQUESTED VISIT IN THE WEEK TO CANCEL ANY VISITS IN THAT WEEK. IF A REFUND ISNOT POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL MINUTES WILL BE ADDED TO FUTURE PAID VISITS.

Payment:  Full payment is expected before servicesare rendered.  In the event of additionalunforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, vet fees, etc.),payment is expected within 5 days of the completion of services or a latecharge of $20 will be applied.  Reservationsare not held until Grand Paws Pet Sitting & HomeCare receives payment in full or both partiesin writing agree upon special arrangements. Reservations for not yet clearedPay Pal payments will be honored.
There will be a $50 service charge foreach returned payment made through Pay Pal. 
Unpaid service may be canceled without notice, including prior to or during the service period.
Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients.Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time scheduled including travel time. All visits in a service period are grouped together as 1 pet sitting service. Our pet care professionals will still attempt visits on days of weather related events. (Example: monsoons, wildfires, major snow storms) Therefore, clients are still required to give proper notification for cancellations on weather related event days. Clients will be given credit for visits not performed when it is impossible for the pet care professional to get to the client’s home due to a weather related emergency.
