"I have Better floors installed a new vinyl plank the companys representative was pleasant and the installers worked really long hours to finish the job in one day the installation were for three bedrooms and a kitchen but after a few weeks I noticed some bubbles from my kitchen floors so I reached out in August as the installation happened in June and the peson on the line said to send photos which I did but never heard back then I got a text from *** selling me about solar so I said hey what about my flooring that I sent to you about the bubbles and he said oh we will take care of that and that was months ago sometime in November so I texted him again last week but no answer so I think once they got your money they do not really do what they say they will I will find their ROC and file a complaint agains them too all I want is a simple action plan as I have a warranty of 30 years for the flooring and it has not even a year yet just a simple visit to my home and really fix the problem but this company is not taking me seriously so we will see"
