Not really knowing much about the carpet cleaning process,I took a chance on Mustang Carpet. I was not disappointed at all. From the person answering the company's phone right down to the representative coming to our residence to see what we needed and measure for the job; it was a totally pleasant and warm family feeling experience. *****, the owner of the company did the initial presentation and got back to ** with a quote for the job. His communication skills were impeccable from the initial meeting to the actual day of service. Arrived on time with his two employees and completed the job in the time frame that was given originally,. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service, They treated our home like it was his own. I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.

Our office had some water damage from a burst pipe that had taken awhile to dry out. Mustang Carpet came in and did some treatments to get rid of the musty smell and cleaned our carpets and tile. They were even able to get out some rust stains that were the result of some of our office furniture sitting on the wet carpet. The office smells and looks amazing. ***** came out to give me an estimate and was quite convincing. But when I asked him about any discounts or guarantee, he then refused to do the work. This is hardly a way to treat a potential customer.Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Hi *****, I do free estimates so we can both determine if we would like to do business together. We are insured and guarantee our work. Have the decency to explain what those red flags are; if you are insured and bonded, one of my questions, then my questions cannot be the cause of your decision. What WAS the cause?
