  I hired vector llc. For 3D printing, and for sum cad designs work that need to be up dated, of my original design. They was very excited to be able to help me with my project, pricing was very reasonable. Other then what I was quoted for, from other prototyping companies.There was a couple of hiccups, such as: they Purchase a new 3-D printer. which had Some problems starting up. Which delayed the project a little. And 2nd. There was sum missed communication, but in the end the result was Phenomenon and it was worth it all great Job you guys..

  Vector is one of the best companies of any type that I have ever purchased from. My wife, ******* referred me to them. From Vector, I bought a 3d printer. They also offered a really novel program to rent a very precise 3d scanner. Vector offered both a straight rental as well as a rent to buy option. I now buy all my 3d printing material from them. Their prices are better than anyone's, and the quality is just as good if not better. They have their own line of industrial printers, and they are amazing. I needed something printed out of a very unusual material. Nobody else that I know of could have done this. But Vector figured it out and then did the printing, all in less than a week. I have one word of description for them, which is amazing!!When I brought my Vector printer home, I thought that it was broken. It wasn't. I just didn't know exactly how to use it. I called their customer service. I spoke to *******. He walked me through everything. Since then, the printer has worked perfectly. I contacted their customer service a few weeks later. There were some tasks that I didn't know how to do. ******* schedule an appointment with me to teach me more about 3d printing. He then spent a full hour with me, teaching me more within that hour than the total of what I had known prior to his tutorial. He isn't a show off. Rather, he went through things that I needed to know. Now, I am getting so much out of my Vector printer. On one occasion, I thought that I broke the machine by getting some filament where it didn't belong. I called Vector customer service and spoke to a very nice man. We did a zoom call so that he could see what I had done. The guy fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He asked me to give him a call back in a few days just to confirm all was good. I did and the customer service guy seemed genuinely pleased to hear from me and to hear that all was good. I have had other 3d printers. My Vector printer is by far the best that I have had, and it is far better value for money. I give Vector the strongest possible recommendation. They are beyond excellent. They are the best!!

  Recently, I purchased a 3D printer and some material from Vector. The service that i received was amazing. The salesperson was so patient. I am not an expert in the field. I called a couple of other places. They tried to upsell me. However, Vector did the opposite. The sales person spent the time to understand what i planned on using the 3D printer for. I had chosen a printer that would have cost me almost $8,000. The sales person explained to me how i could save a great deal of money, while at the same time, i would be able to use it for more things. The end result was really fantastic. I saved a lot of money and got a better product. I have called Vector a couple of times since my purchase. I havent had a problem. I just had questions to ask. Most places might have given me a couple of minutes and gotten rid of me. At Vector, I got real service. The representative patiently answered all my questions not with one word answers, but with explanations that I could understand. While at Vector, I learned that Vector offers a repurchase program. After 2 or 3 years, at my request, Vector will repurchase my printer for as much 50% of the original purchase price. They will allow me to apply that money to a new item offered at Vector. I don't know of anyone else who does that. After buying the printer, I called Vector and asked if I could have duplicated an item which is personally important to me. They did the duplication, and did it at a price which was much less than other bids I got. Also, the result was so good that i could not tell the duplicate from the original. The work was done faster than was agreed. I am very pleased with this company. Their work is amazing as are their products. And their service is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.
