    I would give them a zero if I could rate lower. **** buys stolen vehicles and chop shops the parts out for profit. He doesn't need a legit title, just the vehicle and a bill of sale. I know this because it happened to ME and the guy refused to give me back my truck which btw he already had pretty chopped up. I don't know how he stays in business, but he should be shut down for being in receipt of stolen property... I have no choice but to take the loss at this point, but I will for sure tell the world about my experience, starting with BBB.
