"I am reaching out about some concerns I had about the payment process with Economy Towing who uses *********** I recently had to pay to have a boot removed, but I was concerned when the driver informed me that a picture of my full credit card information was required but she needed to enter my card information directly in the ********** App. I asked for additional information about that picture and where it is stored, she informed me that it was saved in a system that only the management team could access and that if I had any other question I would need to reach out to the main line." ... "June 30, 2023 Economy Towing company insisted that I must pay $180 to remove the boot placed on the tire of my car parked in an unmarked parking space near ********************* where I had just checked in. When the hotel notified me that I parked in the wrong area and gave me a paper to place on my dash, I went out to the parking lot within minutes and there was a boot on my wheel and a note on my windshield with a number to call." ...
