    On Saturday, September 24, early AM, a vehicle was towed from the street in front of our residence. Saturday AM, we went to pay the fine (********* Towing) and retrieve our vehicle. The cost was $ 320 +. This is way out of line and just plain robbery. The desk person was somewhat rude and he would not give us a receipt (very shady). Our community agreement (Pinnacle Pines), is with *****************************. I assume they use ********* Towing for patrolling and towing. Part of the agreement, per my understanding, is for the towing company to try to make contact before towing. No attempt was made. I went to ***************************** on Friday, during business hours, to get a receipt and they were closed. There hours are not posted and no one answered the phone. Just looking at the address environment, makes me very suspicious. This location appears to be a store front only. This fee amount (ripped off), no receipt, and operating hours needs to be addressed.Thanks.***************************
