To whom it may concern,We ordered vinyl floorings from highland covering. At first they quoted one a $4,200 price then they quoted me on another price $6,200. I agreed to the $6,200. When they started doing the floorings, they stated that there were 2rooms that were not included in the $6,200 so I told **** the owner of the business and he told me he was going to take care of us. After the flooring was done, we found out they put the wrong color flooring. I call **** and left a message for him and never got a response. We got an email of a $9,000+ the next day. We came and complained with evidence of all the deficiencies and he sent the same work out to fix all the deficiencies on Friday 1/19. By Sunday, we checked the deficiencies and the deficiencies were lifted off the floor again. I took all the pictures and sent to mark via email and with no response from ***** I also invite him to see all the deficiencies for himself so I can prove my case and got not response. I call him the later on the same day which was Monday 1/22 and his sales associate said he was out of the office. I told her to have him call me the next day and he didnt call us back. Instead he sent the worker out and I sent him away because if he tried to fixed them for the second time and the floor lifted again. They will not be able to stay on for the 3rd times. Highland recommended us so they can charge high prices for poor products and has poor workmanship. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with highlands floor products and poor workmanship. We need your help in letting them know that they cant treat their customers, the way they are treating us and still stay in business. Im sure were not the only victims to they predatory business practices. This is our first experience with highland covering and will be our last experience with them. Please help us in telling Highland floor covering to stop their predatory businesses. Thank you for your help.***** and *********************
