    If I could give a lower rating, I would.They were Unreliable They were Unprofessional They were not trustworthy They are not a company you can count on.It took 4 weeks to actually get a technician to show up.They canceled on us 5 times.Each time, the day before they would confirm the appointment, then cancel the day of the apt, they would cancel during the time window when they said they'd be there.After the 3rd or 4th time our insurance company talked with the owner of their company who assured us that it wouldn't happen again.And It did It's frustrating when you've scheduled your day around the apt only to have them cancel again & again & again, etc.The 2nd to last apt we were given a 8:00am-12:00pm window, which was fine. I scheduled my day and other Apts around that. At 10:10am she called and said he was having problems with other jobs and wouldn't be here until 1:30-2:00. I told her I had to leave at 1:55 for an apt. She said she verified he would be here before then and offered to give us $75 rebate check as an apology. He never showed up. That gesture would have been nice after the 1st or 2nd cancelation but it felt like they only did it because I told her we were done with them if they weren't there that day. After 4 WEEKS of cancelled appointments we then were told; "You'll be the first appointment tomorrow so that nothing will get in the way."That day we reached out at 8:30am and asked if we were still on the schedule and she said "I just got a hold of my technician, he had an emergency job for another company. He will be there approximately 10:00-10:15 am."He finally showed up & completed the work, but I had to reschedule meetings and appointments numerous times because of their inability to keep an appointment or keep it in an apt window that they gave us. It was an extremely frustrating, long experience.
