    Today, December 13, 2023 Today accompany called weather Garden improvements found that I had a water leak in the roof. I allowed them to look at the roof and they took some photos of the hole in the roof and the lake their telephone number I had to put a deposit down of $650. I signed the contract when the job is finished it will cost a total of **** -$250. They will start work on the roof on December 14, 2023 total payment left $6,250.00 My father of the company actually scared me into the contract by letting me know that the support means that hold the roof or breaking and splitting and needed to be fixed right away but today December 15, 2023. There was no plywood or braces installed on the structures , he talked about. He also said that he would take photos of the work that was repaired he never did.12/15/2023 the air conditioner on the roof is not working all night. It was very cold in this house. Also, the vent over the stove has gravel or rock in it so the fan makes noise. This is all because of the roofers working replacing the shingles.At the end two shingles lifting ended up replacing a quarter of the roof paneling and the cost of it was $39,000 from the beginning when for $20 they would take the two shingles that were lifting, and there was much more. I was also to receive photos of the repair after the weekend through my email so I could submit it to my insurance company never got it. The people that did strangling with two Mexicans left a cleanup for me on the ground, and neither one could speak English, so I could not tell him anything that I needed done some of the caps on the corners went tacked down and they did cash the checks right away because they wrote three contracts out and voided each one as they increase the price on the roof, the $39,000
