I had a tire replaced 3 months ago, and just recently, that tire kept running out of air frequently (had to pump every 2-3 weeks). I tried calling them to inquire about getting that tire checked and whether there was a warranty to be able to replace the tire. Ive been hung up on twice without any answer to my question. Looks like they reject my calls as well.I had to dig around their website to find another number to call, as the number listed in their business kept rejecting me (and possibly blocking me). The last person that answered said I had to provide an invoice/receipt. The technician didn't even ask for an email to provide an invoice or receipt at the time of service; however, we do have a bank statement showing a transaction with this merchant as a proof that we did pay for their services, if that even counts as invoice/receipt.Additionally, their website is useless. The phone number to contact is incorrect, and clicking the buttons for Helpdesk and submitting a ticket lead to an error page saying that feature is not available. Even the chat feature is no good; it says they're away, despite operating 24/7. How am I supposed to send over an invoice/receipt which the last person that answered asked for, if those forms of communication don't work?Put concisely, please don't waste any of your time, money, and energy with this business. I've also found out that they sell USED tires when I was asked if they provided a new tire... I thought a tire replacement was about putting a brand new tire on the car. Guess I spent $200 on a tire that was possibly used and worn.
