    Negative five star review. The worst **************** if you could call it that. They are rude and do not know how to schedule an appointment or return a phone call. Sunrun outsourced removal of solar panels for re-roofing and they never showed up on date scheduled and rescheduled for later date they said with contacting us. Roofers are here and panels are still on.

    As part of replacing our roof due to hail damage, Sunrun had a subcontractor, NovaSource, remove the solar panels on our roof on 9/28/23. They did not give us NovaSource's license number. If they had, they would have realized NovaSource is not licensed in Arapaho County. As a result, NovaSource could not get the required permit to re-install our solar panels & kept giving me false information on it's progress, claiming it takes the county a good month to issue permits when our roofer (whose company also detach/reattaches panels regularly) says it's usually just a few days, 10 days at the most. When I called the county 11/3 and discovered the real issue, I again received false information for weeks until it was clear on 12/8 that NovaSource would not get a license to reinstall our panels. My husband even spoke to a NovaSource representative on 12/8, the representative revealed that I higher up had just determined that day that NovaSource would not longer try to get the required permit, nor were they planning to tell the 7 open contracts in our area that they would not get the permits. NovaSource isn't just deceitful, it's fraudulent.

    Negative stars. Zero stars. I wish I could cause physical harm on this company. This is the worst company in the entire world. They lied 4x saying they would come and do a meter swap. This company works with Spruce power and they both are so bad and straight up liars and thieves. Run away and never work with this horrible company.

    THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I am so upset. I have been waiting for two months (March - April) to have Spruce send a Technician. Then their contractor (From **** Source) came out and troubleshoot our slake panel, and then tell that I need to replace the inverter. And he called the manufacturer and it should come within 2-3 weeks. A month (May) later the contractor said (after calling every week) that they are still waiting for the inverter. But when I ask if its even available, all they said is be patient and we will let you know when it comes. After waiting for another month (June) I decided to call the manufacturer (Fronius) myself, I found out that the inverter I currently have is now obsolete and that they make it anymore. And they also said that they can provide me a newer inverter that is compatible with our current solar panel. I was so happy to hear that. So, relay that to **** Source and they say thank you for the info and I didnt have to do that. I told **** Source that I did have a choice because I feel like they werent doing anything about my situation. Its now August **** Source still tells me that they are still waiting for the inverter. And they dont know when its coming. They have no information to give me where they have procure the inverter. **** Source is the worse company and customer service I have ever experienced.

    If you need any service or are redirected by a solar company to this company, request a different service provider. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and will not follow up with their customers to get repairs done, even after you pay them to get it scheduled (you have to pay for them to schedule the work). They are quick to send the payment link, but not quick at anything after that. First it took forever for us to get a new modem. I was a little more understanding due to the supply chain issues that were supposedly ongoing. Then, when they finally installed the new modem into our inverter, which had been down for 9 months and was supposedly working but was not (we were lied to about that as well), everything broke within 30 minutes of the tech leaving. It was determined we needed a new inverter. That took several weeks of us calling, texting and emailing for a status update. The inverter was finally delivered to our house, and again we were reaching out to schedule a visit. Finally out of the blue a tech showed up to install the inverter. We just happened to be home at that time, or else we would have missed him. Once that inverter was installed, we were supposedly good to go. Nope, that tech was apparently confused about our solar system working because it was not. It was then determined we needed another modem. Today, we were scheduled to have the modem installed between **** today. After 3PM we called and they had to call us back. Then about 30 minutes later we got a text message saying our appointment was cancelled due to the tech running out of time. I have never in my life even thought of writing a BBB review, but here I am. There is probably a reason they are not BBB accredited.

    We have been trying to get them to come in and turn on our solar panel for the last 2 years and they still haven't remedy the situation. They schedule appointments were they don't show up, even though we have agreed to a scheduled time. I would take time off work so that someone is here to make sure that everything goes smoothly but still no one shows up. It literally impossible to get anyone to coordinate things correctly and sometimes to even answer the phone.
