      DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND IF YOU ARE A HOME OWENER DO NOT USE THEM (Unless you are ok with them making money off of your tenants). We rented with them for 1 year, We had a few repairs that they needed to fix and while they were responsive, WE PAID for all of them. The most recent problem is that when we have moved out they sent us a charged for $325 for cleaning the apartment (it was a two bedroom apartment that was CLEAN!). They claim that since we forgot some stuff in a cabinet and the vents were no spotless they had to clean it again, It would have taken a cleaner 10 minutes to do what they claim we missed. Before we left paid for the carpet and tiles to be professionally clean and that was NOT ENOUGH, they had to hire somebody to charge $325 for cleaning 2 sports!Also they sent us an invoice from a cleaning company, I called the number and the lady told me SHE DID NOT CLEAN OR GENERATED THAT INVOICE. Dealing with them is a nightmare.Out of our $2000 deposit they took $400+ with vague charges, like the cleaning and "Tenant Charge" for $75.I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT RENT FROM THERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

      The reviews show that Marsh Management fails with tenants, but I'm writing because of their failures with homeowners who live next to their rentals.The previous tenants moved out because Marsh wouldn't make repairs. Within a week the new tenants were violating *** rules and regulations on a daily basis. When ****** was made aware of the issue he made excuses. He subsequently accused me of harassment for reporting his tenants for violating multiple rules. Since when is it harassment to point out that someone is throwing dirty diapers below my living room window? And, if he's not going to require his tenants to adhere to the same rules as the rest of us, what exactly are we supposed to do?If your community has rental properties managed by Marsh I highly recommend you take any legal steps available to you to ensure that the *** is in a position to vet their tenants and deal with violations.
