  TruForce - ************* Control We had our appointment scheduled for 10-26-23. My wife arrived home at 4:00 or so and was met by the technician sitting in his truck, *************************** # ******, who stated he had just finished the job and he left. My wife came in the house and told me about that meeting with the technician and I was astonished as I had been watching TV for 90 minutes, 2 feet from a huge window looking into the back yard and had never seen anyone. We went into the back yard to see if we could see signs of spraying or an odor but there was none. The final piece of evidence was my cat Rocket who was sleeping deeply on a foot stool he likes in my patio. If anyone would have come back there ****** would have ran away to hide and not been back for an hour. There is simply no way the technician was being honest. My wife called customer service and was offered to have the service 'repeated.' She said she wanted to discuss with me first. I decided to go to their offices and speak directly to a manager as that is more effective in my experience. I searched ****** and the **** address is listed as *****************. I went there and it is a tiny strip mall with small offices. No signs state TruForce has an office there I was unable to locate one. I went to the corporate website and it lists *******, *********, and ******* offices. The ******* office is listed as being at ******************************. I went there and met a woman from a entirely different company who told me TruForce had left 2-3 years ago and did not leave a forwarding address.I have disputed the $70 charge for the service *************************** did not provide and have terminated my interaction with TruForce. I hope this review prompts readers to research this 'company' before paying for any services which may or may not be delivered.

  Our home recently caught fire and weve been temporarily displaced. The windows in the back cracked and this allowed wasps to get inside and infest the home. I found this company on Yelp and thought based on the reviews I would try them because I needed the issue to be addressed promptly so the house items could be packed and moved out the same weekendI would NOT recommend this vendor for the following reasons:-I was not able to get an exact time of when the technician would arrive, just a window. -The office assured me Id get a call an hour before the service. The technician called me and told me he was 25 minutes away (9:40). He arrived at 10:30ish -He was unaware of the issue and had no protective gear after I made it a point to stress this to the office several times. (******) -He didnt have enough repellent spray and could only do half of the windows downstairs. -The spray they use stains .-Had to schedule a followup visit since he couldnt complete the task. No apologies or concern for the major inconvenience was shown. I had to cancel the movers and rearrange my entire weekend.-followup visit is supposed to be today and Im just waiting. I havent received any call, text, or email with an update or any further information.THEN after the followup visit they charged me again!!!! A total of $356 for a onetime service. If I hadnt reviewed my transactions I wouldve never known. After they deliberately told me I wouldnt be charged for the followup visit.
