Had this all nice and planned. Arrived at into and found my lock damaged. They had called me 7 minutes prior me checking the lock. I immediately called the drivers and told them to hold off on coming. They said they would call their manager and call me back. They called me back and said their manager told me to buy bolt cutters so they could get into the unit. I was astounded! I tried and tried and tired to call the office. No answer. The boys in the phone must not have been older than 18 as they had the mouths of one. They said they would have the operations manager call me. Never happened. I finally reached spoken at the office and they claim their staff dont lie and I am the liar. His staff would never say anything like this. The office said the dash cam showed them at my location. There were never here as I have been waiting for an hour.SCARY!!! Would NEVER trust them with my items Stole $100.00 from me after they said they would reschedule!!

*************************** hired our company to move her belongings from one storage unit to another storage unit. Our driver contacted *************************** by phone as they were on her way to her destination to let her know an ETA. She informed the movers that the storage unit office placed a separate lock on her unit which would prevent her from opening her unit. This is usually only done for being late on payments. She told the movers to wait 90 minutes and come back. The movers explained to her that we are unable to stop the movers' time for the job once the team has been dispatched as there was no prior notice given by the customer. She immediately became irate and called our office over 20 times before 8am and our driver's personal number masking her calls with calling from unknown numbers as well as different numbers. She then told our office that she was going to come down to see us as she wanted to "have a talk". She was rude, wouldn't allow us to speak and we ended up having to call *********** to have an officer on standby in the event that she showed up and acted inappropriately. This review states many lies and remember there are always two sides to every story. We would be happy to show any Pearson clients the recorded calls and outcome of this situation. We have reported this review to Yelp but Yelp is no help to small businesses.

We hired this company for a total of $9,000. They screwed us bad. They moved us and put boxes everywhere but where requested in the home and weve taken a couple days to get thing where we told them it went in the first place. They put together all of our furniture they moved and when we slept the first night we noticed it all was falling apart because they put everything together finger tight and didnt use tools!!! Were talking kids beds for 6 from 2 to 15! They stole sodas at our other house without asking and left their trash of the stolen sodas all over the old house for us to clean up and they were even nice enough to pack their stolen trash into some of our boxes which we found while unpacking, these people ripped us of for $9,000. This moving company is a scam and not a legitimate moving company from our horrible nightmare experience .

I wish I read the reviews. These idiots thought they were going to remove the safe door off my gun safe.. WRONG. . My model isn't cheap and the door is not able to be removed. During this process, they damaged my safe. Because they didn't bring enough men, it was suddenly my fault. Assuming there would be no charge because they didn't send enough men, I called the next day and rebooked. The owner was MORE than happy to rebook me because I gave him 250 that he kept.. He was excited for more!! They got me scheduled and moved the safe.. The movers had to use the restroom which I thought was very unprofessional as now they know the layout of my home and that I live alone being a single female. I signed the paperwork for the days move and when I looked on my statement, they never credited back the original deposit. When I reached out the owner was very rude, I was more then happy to settle because maybe I misunderstood due to the lack of communication on their part. The movers say one thing and their boss says another. The owner got mad I was questioning the contract and told me I would see him in court and he blocked my phone number and email.. Very professional. STAY AWAY AVOID AVOID. THEY WILL CREDIT CARD FRAUD YOUR ACCOUNT AND SWIPE FOR MORE.

This customer informed the company she had a 500 lb safe to be moved. At time of booking, the company advised client that she had to be present and open safe to show company there were no personal belongings, firearms or ammunition inside the safe before we moved it. Customer agreed. On first day of service, after employees viewed make and model, the safe's actual weight was 700 lbs which would require three movers, not the two that she booked. She also was not present to open the safe to show the movers. Our company sent out two movers, 90 minutes in payroll and truck fuel, not to mention missed opportunity for servicing another move. We informed customer she would have to re book a service for the proper number of men and be present for the move. She agreed, we sent three movers a week later, the safe was unlocked and we moved it without issue. If customer would have appropriately described scope of work at time of booking and followed company protocol, the move would have been completed day 1 with out a re booking. She disputed the transaction with her credit card company which ended up siding with us, the moving company as we did not forge any signatures or complete any fraud.
