    Excellent workmanship, great and clear communication by ************. Had my house painted and no surprise added cost what was quoted price was solid. ************ was alway around to check on the progress of his crew, Thank you Sir ********************** so happy with the results.

    Resurfaced patio bricks. Don't see the shine he quoted. Definitely a waste of $450.

    Very good quality of work. Used paint approved by HOA. Painter's were very efficient. ************ checked back both days and made sure all was done to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend this business

    Sir ********************** Contracting painted my house and did excellent work! He was extreemly fair in pricing and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The workers were very polite, on time for their arrival to work and did a great job in spite of working in the record high temps of ******* recently.***************************, owner is also extreemly experienced, honest, and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him and I am more than please with both the work and the price that was paid. I would recommend calling "************" for any and all your interior and exterior painitng needs as well as for home improvements and remodel or repair.

    After seeing the limited number, and quite mixed, reviews on Yelp, I checked the Better Business Bureau reviews where he has almost 40 all five-star reviews. Once I read them I felt very comfortable hiring ************************* (Sir John's Contracting) to repaint my stucco one-story house in *******, ***Everything was done as promised in very short order. Picking the paint color was a three-way negotiation between me, my wife, and **** who made several helpful suggestions. The price was surprisingly reasonable, and **** only made one suggested upcharge, to change the base color from flat to satin. The paint he used was a good brand that HOAs in the area specify; we don't have an HOA here but he still used this good paint.After just a handshake (no deposit) his crew showed up as expected (a one-day slip due to a slower job ahead of ours; no big deal; **** let us know well in advance) and commenced working quietly and efficiently without any delay. They were easy to work with. ****, the owner, came by two or three times a day to check on things (it was less than a two-day job). We were very, very pleased with the results. We found only one spot on a rake board that needed touching up, which was done immediately.His crew did a good job picking up their trash (mostly masking tape and plastic); they left behind (as requested) enough paint to do our own touchup. The one area he wouldn't paint was under the patio roof, since it would be time-consuming and expensive. I mean, he probably would have done it but it would have increased the job cost and duration.We are very pleased with the work and can recommend ********'s with no reservation.

    ********'s was great to work with on the exterior painting of my home. They also did some stucco and drywall repair prior to painting. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The owner came out every day to check on the crew, their progress and their work. I am very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.
