  I own several properties in the Phoenix area. The company has done excellent work including painting, roof repair, and pool deck refurbishment. Each job was done on schedule and to the cost quoted. I would recommend them; neighbors have used them as well and were satisfied with their work.

  I read all 12 reviews with surprise. Nothing but 5 stars. How could this be? The team painted my home and carport exterior stucco and wood on March 4th/5th 2024. Paint was applied over things I told them not to paint, namely the metal outlets. I had to remove paint covering an electric eye to restore automatic night lighting. Masking tape was not completely removed from several places. Overspray paint is on some window frames. Unused material was dumped over my front rock landscape and it's still there. There was no cleanup of fallen debris scraped during the wood preparation. The paint on a few of the plastic outlets bonded the cover plate to its rocker switch, requiring a razor to cut the rocker free to switch properly. Quality *********************** paint yes. But there was overall poor attention to detail, no significant cleanup, and no final walk-through.

  Job: Exterior house painting with 2 different colors (1 color for body of house, 1 color for trim and front door)Start date: 03/29/2024. Comments: Owner ************************* said the crew would arrive between 7:30 - 8:00am to get started with the prep work which was detailed in the proposal. The crew arrived on time and immediately began working. All prep work was completed as stated. ****** arrived an hour later to verify work was being done as promised. He said that the job would be completed the same day. Not only was the work completed the same day, the quality of the paint job was outstanding. The crew cleaned everything up and put back heavy items that had to be moved to paint the house. ****** did a final walk around to verify that we were satisfied with the job and that he and his crew had completed everything as promised. We have had our house painted twice before by other companies and by far, ****** and his crew did the best job! Quality, Integrity, and Honesty are the three words that we would use to describe Olympic Home Improvements!

  I remodeled my home 12 years ago and it was time to do some maintenance work. After talking to ******** decided to go with Olympic. I had the house exterior cleaned, stucco cracks repaired and then repainted. The extensive patio and porch floors were power washed, grouting replaced and resealed. Additionally I had the flat portions of the roof cleaned and resealed. The work crew was efficient and easy to work with. *** and *** (his father) continually monitored their progress. Several days after the work was completed and they had been paid they came back to make sure I was completely satisfied. I do recommend them.

  Hired *** and his team to paint the perimeter of my house and they did great job. Id recommend his associate ***** who was very meticulous and took the lead. They also did drywall and painting in my house. They were affordable and Id recommend ??
