    I had an unfortunate situation happen back in 2020 and asked that the stylist please take my hair down and refund money back due to incomplete services I paid for and I also asked prior to my appointment if I had enough product to use and I was told yes prior to the stylist starting on my hair before and during appointment. I then waited about a year and a half to see if I could go back there considering not a lot of ethnic salons in AZ trusting just with a different stylist and I was banned from booking but was sent a promotional offer on a hair service I called the salon and they said someone would get back to me to book appointment. I was then later contact few days later stating due to my issue last time I can no longer book with this company. And I had spoke to the owner ****** about this bad incident and now Im banned. I think thats really unfair practices with no good reason as to why I cant get services or my children just because I had my hair taken down due to being incomplete.
