      The owner of this business is an animal abuser. She needs to be investigated by the police and reported to animal cruelty. ***** allowed my golden retriever to overheat and be in a tiny kennel for 4 hours without food and water. I asked the owner to call me twice and she finally ended up calling me and called me every name in the book. She refused to give my money back, my dog had been going there for over a year. ***** proceeded to laugh at me on the phone as I was crying because my dog was abused. ***** lied and told me my dog had bit a staff member, I asked her for footage because he had gone there for a year and never bit anyone, never received any complaints. I was later followed up by an employee of ****** (who has since left the company due to ****** animal abuse and employee abuse) and she advised me that my dog was accidentally left in the kennel for 4 hours because they screwed up on their schedule and lost track of time. This was directly from the employee that was there that day. ***** needs to have her licenses looked into and be removed from overseeing any business let alone employees and our fur babies.
