      Terrible company with dangerous drivers, rude customer service reps and NO regard for the *************** noise ordinance law of 6am-7pm. The drive told me to shut up and go back inside when I informed him of the ordinance.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience. We always strive to work in a way that is considerate of homeowners, the public, and within the bounds of law. We went to our customer to evaluate the validity of work permits (particularly *************** Extended Construction Work Hours permits), as well as followed up with our drivers and dispatch.Upon review, we have found that all necessary permits were in place for this pour and future pours at this location. In addition, we have been informed that *************** offsite inspectors were present during the pour. As a ready-mix producer, we do not secure the permits directly and rely on our customers to ensure those are secured. When they are not in place, we do not pour outside of pre-approved work hours.We reviewed the phone call made to our dispatch group. We apologize for any inconvenience and never want to upset anyone in the public. However, we do not tolerate aggression, yelling, or profanity towards anyone in our work force. We would appreciate any future calls to be professional in nature as we treat others in that regard as well.We are confused as to the comments about terrible ******* and rude customer service reps. ******** ******* is a bit of an emotional judgment for a BBB complaint. We also verified that no customer service reps from our ******* were on that job during the time in question, simply those from our customer, and our drivers.We appreciate your comments and hope the responses are sufficient to answer your concerns. Thank you.
